Hi
there has been much in the news recently regarding loss or degradation of gps signals at sea.
It seems BandG mfc such as vulcan default to a ? and continue plotting from boat sensors.
Raymarine only default to boat sensors when in MOB mode.
Is it possible for QTVLM to default to dead reckoning?
Martin

Hi,
There is such feature in qtVlm, but it is an interesting idea, I will add it to the (long) todo list.
One tricky part I can foresee is how to integrate Currents.

Yes, I can see currents as being a real time issue.
Raymarine simply assume the mob and boat are in the same stream.
I will try to find out what BandG use.
Thanks
