Yes, definitely zoomed in. Chart is for UK and Ireland

I have the same chart set (from 2022 but that does not matter), and no problem here. Do you have any groups defined for mbtiles ?

There is a tick box on mobiles groups and all carrs have a Tick next to them.
I haven't created anything other than what comes when you install the application

That seems all right.
What is the content of mbtiles/VMH folder and hdx folder when it does not show ?

In C:\Program Files\qtVLM\mobiles are two files. vhmUK-IRL2025a.hdx and vhmUK-IRL2025a.vmh
