Beta versions

Thanks for yet another great update in 5.12.28 beta 14. I particularly like the new rendering of isolines. A small remark. In the arrow density setting there are now only four fairly large steps. Different from the smoother way that arrow size and isoline size use. It would be nice to have the same level of control over arrow density also.

Yes! This is also new and we forgot to talk about it. It is a fully new way to display arrows. They are now anchored to point on the chart and panning / zooming will not change their position, I found it simpler now to follow wind condition as arrows will not turn of grow just by moving the chart.. For now it has been designed with a limited number of step. I want to evaluate if on the long term it is an issue or not. This slider will also manage the spacing of wind roses.
Other sliders are managing width of lignes which could stay with small spaces as the opacity

Thanks for your explanation. I still find it difficult to understand what the differences and advantages of the new method are, but hopefully experience will tell...

Retours sur l'évaluation de la 5.12.28-beta14:
- Ici, je n'ai que 4 niveaux de densité des barbules. Pourvoir jouer avec ce param permet parfois de mieux visualiser le mouvement global des masses d'air...
- Problèmes GRIB pression: les H/L ne s'affichent plus. Ça s'affiche avec le même grib dans la verison courante. Merci pour les nouveaux isobares, ça c'est un vrai +
- Sinon, voir ci-joint, message d'erreur routage vide (Depart = arrivée)

Pour les 4 pas, cf plus haut en anglais. C'est une conséquence d'une amélioration de l'affichage des fleches qui sont maintenant ancrée sur la carte et donc ne bouge plus à chaque zoom ou déplacement de carte. Je vais revoir, je dois pouvoir faire autrement.
Pour H/L je suis preneur du grib sur support@meltemus.com, j'ai changé la logique d'affichage car il y en avait beaucoup trop d'afficher. Mais c'est peut etre un peu trop agressif selon les cas et regime de pression.
