Latest update qtVlm-5.12.23-p1-intel not working on MacOS 10.13.6

Good. But this will one of the last compatible version, very soon we will not be able to maintain compatibility for MacOS < 12. Same for Windows < 11, btw.

As qtVlm is not my main navigation software it is OK for me. I just have to know that I should not update anymore (it is of cause not the first software with this issue, btw). Would be good to state for each version on the download site on which OS the software version is working. "Intel" seems not to be enough...
