I thought so but the message says "no navigation data". APB and RMB , XTE show up in the nmea log. What iare missing is GLL and GGA that the spx lists among the input sentences but qtvlm does not send them. Maybe APB requiem some specific settings?

Guess so but that s the reason for me asking. APB in qtvlm has 4 options and maybe just one is the right one. Have Tried some already and hasn't fixed the problem and that makes me ththinkthe issue is something else.
Best would be a fallo user with a raymarine spx that may paste in screen shots of his qtvlm settings

My question was more related to the type of connection you have defined. How are you connected to the Raymarine and have you also defined an output connection ?

Understood! Qtvlm output sentences via Actisense NCD-4 (I also checked the inclusion list on the latter and the sentences that matter are all checked). On the raymarine spx I can see many NMEA data (wind, depth, DTW, XTE, etc.) and therefore the spx is receving properly afaik. And yet something is missing 'cause when I hit track-mode t says no navigation data in spite of the goto on qtvlm

Can you please post here a screenshot of your NMEA settings in qtVlm, both incoming and outgoing settings ?
