You can also safely try uninstall/reinstall qtVlm from Android settings.

So this is the one expected and it should work.. Did it ask you to select Documents/qtVlm when started the first time ?

Yes, it did ask, I confimed and then map download started, but it was unible to unizip.

Can you uninstall qtVlm (from Android Settings->Applications) and install it again?

Yes.
I have reinstaled it, but the result was the same. It does ask for permition, but after approval to useDocuments/qtVlm it is unable to unzip.
